FULL-SERVICE CATERING

At Kente Kitchen Market, LLC, our culinary team is dedicated to infusing creativity and sophistication into every aspect of your event. From business luncheons to high-profile receptions, trust in our chef-inspired custom catering to impress your business associates, employees, and loved ones alike. Whether you require staffed service for a gourmet reception or a home party, we handle every detail, such as plating, utensils, napkins, and stemware, to ensure your celebration is unforgettable.

Full-service catering comes with staff to see you through to the end of your food experience. We will set up and break down, replenish foods, work buffets, pass hors d'oeuvres, cook stations, bartend, etc. All hired staff for an event are paid an hourly rate of a minimum of four hours. Hourly rates vary based on need.

  • A $35 delivery fee applies to drop-off orders within the greater Asheville area.

  • An additional $35 charge will be incurred if rental items need to be picked up.

  • We require a 50% deposit for all orders.

DROP-OFF & SET-UP CATERING

Our drop-off catering service makes planning your next office gathering or casual private event effortless. Choose from a selection of breakfasts, lunches, appetizers, food platters, or box lunches, all crafted with premium ingredients, unique presentations, and exquisite flavors.

Our drop-off orders come one hour to forty-five minutes before the start of your event, complete with disposable service items, including plates, utensils, napkins, and beverage cups, making them ready to enjoy upon arrival. For a more upscale touch, non-disposable items are also available for rent, and our staff is readily available to set up your order at your convenience.

Choose from various hors d'oeuvres, passed canapés, chef-attended action stations, hand-carved entrées, display platters, and more, with an elegant, seated dinner or stand-up reception option.

  • KKM only provides staff for your bar. The client is responsible for purchasing alcohol and picking it up for your event.

  • Our professional staff arrives two to three hours before your event to set up food stations and tables, ensuring your displays and settings reflect your vision. Whether it's a fully seated dinner or stand-up reception, we adapt our service style to suit your venue and preferences.
